We are absolutely captivated with the La Raza Lawyers Association of the University of San Diego that met on July 25 in Old Town at the El Sueno Restaurant. The president of La Raza, Augustin Pena, provided a stellar presentation of the organization’s future goals. The honorable Catherine Arambula of Mana de San Diego also showed support for the organization. The future lawyers are working on everything from foster care and criminal justice to private enterprise and business. We are looking forward to their upcoming projects to maintain and restore society with a University of San Diego feel. Viva La Raza! usd.edu
