Lumbee Tribal Chairman Lowery took time today to visit with and encourage Trinity Locklear, Miss North Carolina Teen USA as she prepares to head to Miami, Florida on Monday to compete in the Miss Teen USA Pageant. She is the daughter of Kayla Locklear. She lives in Bladen County. Trinity is a citizen of the Lumbee Tribe of N.C.
