The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dismissed "without prejudice" all charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams. The charges stem from Mayor Adams allegedly accepting an upgrade to a flight on Turkish airways, in exchange for his cooperation on  helping the government of Turkiye open a Consulate in New York.

Though Adams is a Democrat, it was Democratic President Biden's DOJ that brought charges against Mayor Adams, possibly in retaliation for requesting the Biden White House provide money to pay for all the migrants who came to the city via Biden's open border policy.

Mayor Adams has said he will cooperate with the Trump White House on current immigration policy.

New York City is the largest city in Lenape Hoking, aka the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut metropolitan area
